Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Car Whistler:

At Kommuno, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible services. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise that may require a refund.

Refund Eligibility:

You may be eligible for a refund if any of the following conditions apply:

  • You do not receive the Car Tag Sticker
  • You are unable to activate the Car Sticker even after help from our customer service representative

Refund Request:

To request a refund, you must submit a written request on info@kommuno.com within seven (7) business days of delivery of tag or 10 days after you have ordered the tag in case of non-delivery of tag. The request should include the following information:

  • Your name and contact information.
  • The date you ordered the tag
  • The reason for the refund request.

Refund Processing:

Upon receipt of a valid refund request, Kommuno will process the refund within Thirty (30) business days. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. 

Note: We will be refunding the price of the Sticker Tag but the courier price has to be borne by the customer only
